Why is my DSC not working on MCA21 V3?+
MCA21 V3 requires a correctly installed token middleware (e.g. ePass 2003), a supported Java/emSigner setup, and a certificate whose CA chain is trusted by your browser. The most common causes are an outdated token driver, emSigner not running on the right port, or a browser blocking the localhost connection. We diagnose the exact failing component on a remote session and fix it.
How to install ePass 2003 driver on Windows 11?+
Download the ePass 2003 (Auto) middleware from your certifying authority, run the installer as administrator, then plug in the token and confirm it appears in the SafeNet/ePass token manager. On Windows 11 you may also need to enable the certificate in the Windows certificate store and restart the browser. If the token still isn't detected we resolve driver conflicts and middleware issues live.
