PKI & Digital Signature Consultant — Founder of FixMySignature
Railtel Corporation of India India · Serving clients worldwide
I’m an independent, one-person consultancy. My day job is PKI and network infrastructure at Railtel; on the side I run FixMySignature to help people fix the digital certificate and e-signature errors that quietly break signing — DocuSign, Adobe, NIC signer platforms, smart cards, and Windows/macOS trust-chain problems. Over 2,500 cases resolved so far.

Why I started FixMySignature
Working with certificate authority systems and network infrastructure at Railtel, I kept running into the same thing outside work: friends, small businesses and even lawyers stuck for hours on an error message they couldn’t decode — “signature invalid”, “certificate not trusted”, “token not detected”. The fix was often a few minutes of work for someone who understood PKI, but a lost afternoon for everyone else.
So I started taking those cases one at a time, remotely. That grew into FixMySignature — an independent practice focused on one narrow, frustrating problem: getting digital signatures to actually work. I support NIC signer products (IREPS, HRMS, UVAM), DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat / Sign, SafeNet eToken middleware and general certificate trust-chain issues on Windows and macOS.
It’s deliberately a solo practice. When you book, you work directly with me — not a call centre, not a script. That combination of enterprise infrastructure experience and hands-on, one-to-one troubleshooting is the whole idea behind this service.

Simple, remote, done in one session
- 1
You describe the error
Send a screenshot or the exact message. Most problems are recognisable from the wording alone.
- 2
We meet on a remote session
A screen-shared call where I diagnose and fix the issue live, explaining each step as we go.
- 3
You get a written summary
A short recap of what was wrong and what changed, so the fix is documented and repeatable.
Verifiable background behind the work
The core skill is hands-on experience with real signature failures. These professional credentials in security, networking and cloud are the foundation underneath that — each one is genuine and independently verifiable by its credential ID.
Security & Cryptography
Why it matters: signature failures are almost always trust, key or crypto problems. These credentials cover the fundamentals behind them.

Cloud & Systems
Why it matters: modern signing runs on containerised, cloud-hosted services — understanding the platform speeds up diagnosis.
